Tokyo Bekana Asian Greens
Light-green ruffled leaves add texture and mild flavor to salad mixes. The plant regrows for multiple cuttings and can be grown to full size for large leaves or cut as baby greens. They are considered tasty to cabbage loopers (the little green catterpillars) so be prepared to compete. The pillars can be plucked off the leaves or you can use neem oil or essential oils to make them not as tasty for them.
Asian greens can be grown most of the year, struggling with extreme temperatures.
