Cooking Greens


Our cooking green mixes include several of the stronger flavored greens such as mustard, bok choy, dandelion, and many more. The variety changes seasonally. When cooked, the bitterness is greatly lessoned and a deep, rich flavor is brought out. These greens are a great way to add nutrients and flavor to recipes. Whenever a recipe calls for greens, this mix can be used. For ease, freeze the bag and crush when frozen. Add handfuls of the "chopped" greens as needed. Add in during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking as they wilt and cook fast.
